Fooling around with acrilyc

I finally started using acrilyc paint! it's very different from oil. it's fun experimenting. You musn't be afraid of messing up. It's like innovation...
I have to work much faster with this medium. It's difficult to correct something you don't like. Once dry, it's permanent.
I have to find info about this new paint.
Cheers to all.

paysage d'hiver III

The photo makes the painting look really blend. The grey doesn't show... It's better looking in real!

News

Happy New Year to all of you! I wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous 2008.
As you have noticed I haven't posted anything new in the last few weeks for I was moving out. I now live in a new and much bigger place in Brooklyn.
As soon as I'll unpack my boxes, I'll get back to painting. Hopefully, I'll be able to do a mini exhibition next spring.
I am hoping to see u soon.

News

Dear friends and family,

I've finally posted my latest paintings. I have a few more but need a better lighting to shoot them. Most paintings are oils. Some are on wood, other on canvas paper. They vary in size.

Tell me what you think by writing commentaries directly into the blog.

If you know anybody who would like to exhibit them, please let me know.
I intended to put my latest work into my painting blog but for whatever reason it was not working. So please once you finish looking at this blog, log on to http://nadiapeintures.blogspot.com/. Over the summer I worked mainly with gouache. it was lighter to carry around in my trip to Europe.

I am looking for some graphic design work to make money. Let me know if you know anyone who knows someone who knows someone....

Cheers to all.

Thanks to all for your support.

Nadia.
