Low tide walk in SF

Each year, friends of Tony, Ingrid's uncle, look for the lowest tides in the summer months and organize a wonderful walk on a few beaches. we woke up at 5.30am to be there by 6.45 am.
Most of us fell hard on the slippery rocks. Sometimes we had to dip our butt in the freezing water pools. I prefered hiking on the rocks.
The spectacle was fantasmagoric. Huge mollusques, starfishes, mussels were attached to the rocks. Giant green seaweeds looked like wet hairs of some monstrous underworld beings.
